The ‘One Dayers’ are structured like a real day at the studio. The group is small, and you’ll be working with four scripts on the day.  So whether it’s naturalistic reads, retail reads, character reads, creating voices for animation, reading for television or perfecting your corporate or announcer style, I’ll make sure the studio coaching meets your individual needs.

When you let me know you’re interested, we’ll have a phone conversation.  I’ll want to know some things about you, your experience level, what kind of voice overs you do, or would like to do, and if you know what you see yourself being cast for.  Don’t worry if you don’t know.  You’ll soon find out when you’re in the studio in front of a script, because included in the coaching is my individual attention to sourcing scripts that I feel will suit your voice.

And, if you have a current Voiceover demo, I’ll want to hear it, to help me identify your voice style, tone and voiceover age. You’ll also receive a call from me in the days before the studio session so that I can finalise the scripts that you’ll be given on the day.

At the end of the day, you’ll be given a USB with all the tracks you recorded on one file and on another, your complete studio sessions, so that you can hear how you achieved your results.  This work will potentially be suitable for your demo.

The next ‘One Day Studio Intensive’ in Melbourne will be at Sonic Playground (ex PlusAudio) in South Melbourne on Saturday June 30th

In Sydney, Saturday July 14th, 10-6 at AudioBrien in North Sydney.

$457 (plus gst)

The One Day Intensives will only go ahead if there are 6 people in Melbourne, 8 in Sydney.  With notice of 10 days prior to the ‘one dayer’,  fees can be transferred to another date or a refund offered.
